"The whole 9 Yards" - everything we have or hold, as businesses, communities, or individuals. These things are given to us for a reason and we are accountable for the use we make of them; whether they be shareholders, predecessors, and successors, or whoever. "Making the most of our assets - worked out in a commercial context, and environmental setting, or the communal use of the gifts and potential within; most likely an integrated combination. This web site is owned by David Turner. It is a portal to services and expertise developed over several decades, in part to encourage businesses and communities to look more proactively at the assets they have inherited, but also to provide opportunities to invest in situations where their assets can make a significant difference to the lives of others. The underlying the purpose of 9 Yards is the whole concept of sustainability in its broadest context; economic, environmental, community and spirituality. One definition of sustainability is that we “pass on more assets and resources to our successors than we inherited.”
